From your first message, a Document Preparer guides you through every form, by WhatsApp or phone. You always know who you're talking to.
Once you're approved, you and your manager choose the route that fits where you live. Same student, same stops, same times, every school day.
You're paid by the miles of each completed trip, weekly every Friday. The full pay structure is public on our Earnings page.
Our first driver stories are being written right now. As our founding drivers complete their routes, their real reviews will appear here, always with their permission.
See in one minute what backs you on every route: the app that tracks each trip, insurance coverage during trips, monitors for students who need extra support, and training co-developed with child psychologists.

Altrip is putting together its founding group of drivers across Pottsgrove, Pottstown, Reading and Boyertown, people families can count on and schools can trust. Every driver we bring on now helps set the standard for the ones who join after. If you take pride in doing this job right, we want you on the team.
Join the founding team →Altrip is a student transportation company built around one idea: families should be able to fully trust who's driving their kids to school. We work with school districts through FirstAlt, First Student's alternative transportation program, to bring dependable, background-checked drivers to communities across Pottsgrove, Pottstown, Reading, and Boyertown. Altrip operates as a subcontractor to school districts, it is not a government entity, and drivers are not employees of the school district.
In our culture, people come first, the drivers who show up every morning, and the families who count on them. We're not building a gig app. We're building a real, local team.
